Eder Advisory was established by Edward Dyer, a Chartered Accountant, who worked across Audit and Restructuring Services at Deloitte LLP for nearly 10 years. He has experience working on a range of financial advisory engagements for listed multinational corporates, private equity backed companies and family owned businesses across the UK and South Africa.

Employing his Economics degree from Durham University and experience advising corporates across a wide range of sectors, Edward has developed an astute commercial acumen as well as an analytical mindset enabling him to identify solutions to complex problems.

As well as experience advising corporates and lenders, he has worked in the restructuring team at a major global bank. This gives Edward an excellent understanding of the restructuring market and the stakeholder landscape.
